• Keep pets and children away from work areas
• Ensure adequate parking or access for equipment

We reserve the right to suspend work if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in our work:

• Plant survival cannot be guaranteed and depends on factors including weather, soil conditions, and ongoing care
• Results may vary based on site-specific conditions
• We are not liable for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed
• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided

Plant Care and Warranties

For planted materials:

• We select plants appropriate for local conditions
• Basic care instructions will be provided
• Plant warranties, if offered, are detailed in service agreements
• Warranties are void if care instructions are not followed

Intellectual Property

Landscape designs and plans remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. You may not reproduce or use designs commercially without written permission.
